IMPORTANT – From 2025 (not all 2025 models are applicable, some are later registered old models) Royal Enfield have begun phasing in Euro 5+/5.1. This means there is an additional sensor on the front pipes which mean that our pipes are incompatible and cannot be fitted. Please see the last 2 photos on the product listing to see what roughly the sensor looks like and where it is located. If you have the extra sensor, you are still able to fit our silencers, just not the front pipes.

Designed and manufactured by us in 304 stainless 45mm tube, larger diameter than some competitors.
Royal Enfield’s original pipes are small bore and have a welded in cat. This makes them very restrictive for your bike.
Our de-catted Big Bore pipes unleash a load of power.
Our 45mm pipes are a vast improvement over the cheaper and easier to make 40mm pipes you will find elsewhere.
Save a considerable amount of weight over the stock pipes.
Direct swap with the stock front pipes. Meaning you can use all silencers that fit the stock pipes as well as our ‘Cannon’ type silencers.
Finished in brushed stainless which are a perfect match to our ‘Cannon’ silencers.
We do not supply them polished but this can be done at home easily with buffing equipment.
Gaskets and instructions included.
EURO 5 – These pipes are compatible with Euro 5 bikes but if using in conjunction with aftermarket silencers (including our Cannon silencers) you must use baffles.
The product is strictly for off-road/race/demonstration use only and is marked “NOT FOR ROAD USE”.

A great improvement over the very heavy and restrictive originals. Instructions supplied are very easy to follow and all at a great price. The only downside for me is that you don't do them in black like my originals.

Ça change tout, déjà équipé d'un booster plug, d'un filtre à air K & N, de silencieux S & S, l'ajout de ces tubes donne vraiment plus de souffle, plus de couple, et plus de vitesse de pointe, avec moins de poids, et son vivant sans être insupportable, bien loin des bicylindres made in USA.

What a difference,combined with the Metacheck rear pipes the sound is deeper and the response is truly noticeable...the bike breaths again and sounds great! Superb service and Product,well worth the price. Tec..Simply the best.
