No ECU Modification Required: However, we recommend removing the snorkel from the airbox to prevent the bike from running too rich at high RPM.

Compatibility: Can be used with the original Triumph silencer if you want to keep the E-markings on the original silencer. Also can be used with the TEC silencer or any other aftermarket silencer (that fits the stock header pipe).

Weight Savings & Design Options:

Maintains a clean, consistent angle in line with the bike and allows you to fit the stock Triumph end-can, our TEC silencer or any silencer that works with the Triumph header.
Significantly lighter – as there is no cat, it is much lighter than the original.
Can fit the original front heat shield or leave it bare, whichever you think looks best.

Speed 400 Full System

Having already fitted the tec silencer (along with DNA FeulXLite and snorkel removal) I was keen to add the decat pipe.
Despatched quickly and arrived promptly (to France).
The instructional video proved very helpful and fitting was relatively straightforward.
The whole system appears extremely well made and looks great in my opinion. I opted not to replace the heatshields.
The sound is bassier and more raspy and obviously louder than stock but not to the point of being offensive (I am reliably informed!). I chose to run with the standard baffle.
After about 150 miles the bike feels noticeably livlier and more torquey.
Significant weight saving and very reasonably priced.
Overall extremely satisfied.

Header pipe

Quite like the sound of the standard silencer so just changed the TEC header which removes the cat, saves a fair bit of weight and adds more sound to the bike. Had also previously fitted a DNA air filter and a FuelX, and removed the air intake snorkel so all in all very happy with the mods. Certainly makes a nicer sound but more importantly the bike breathes better, perking the mid range and top end, as well as feeling generally smoother.
